I had bought this from Villafane's site last fall. These are basic clay modelling tools and to buy them separately, it would cost $30+. It was nice and convenient to get them all in one pack, ready to go.My only complaint is that the large loop end tool came apart while trying to skin a pumpkin. It is a known problem with pumpkin carvers and most reinforce the tool before using (there are several youtube videos with instructions). Even Villafane, on his site (at the time), said it may happen and had a quick fix (which didn't work for me).But, they work and can't give less than 5 stars because the tools were not made for pumpkin carving so you can't blame the quality when they fall apart. Pumpkins are a bit tougher than clay. If I were working with clay, then maybe 3 stars for falling apart.If you're new to pumpkin carving, this is the way to go so you don't have to shop around and pick and choose what you need. It's all right here. Just search youtube for "pumpkin carving tools" and you'll find the video series on how to reinforce them before using.

The best quality set I have ever purchased and look forward to using from year to year. I would highly recommend the set, but I do wish they had a carry case for the items.
